    Sounds a lot like the Montana law. I thought that one actually addressed NFA stuff. I think it would be legal as long as it was in state and not intended for export. I didn't think Kansas was so aggressively pro gun.

    I don't have it in front of me, but there's at least one SCOTUS case (which cites the Constitution's Supremacy Clause as authority) which holds Federal agents immune to prosecution or suit in state courts or under state law, when they're working within the scope of their Federal authority.

    I think that's what Holder was talking about.
