Did I say I was inconvenienced by them? No, I said the majority I've encountered are inconsiderate and disrespectful, because they are. So cyclists expect me to share the road, but when they fail to do so in turn (legally and safely- if you don't know the law as it pertains to bikers and cars, then get the hell off the road!) they're what? Nice guys? Technically I cannot cross the double yellow to legally and safely pass, and if it's congested and they're going 10mph in a 30mph zone with no shoulder, then what? I'd rather not run them off the road, and I'm afraid I'll get filmed on their iPhone if I give them a honk that I would like to pass. So yes, they are inconsiderate. I only stated that my experience has shown the majority to be this way and that the friendly, courteous, nice ones are a minority. Don't get your panties in a wad. And I'm not going to get into the rights to the road argument, we've been over this before and I'd rather not go down that road again.

90% of cyclists give the other 10% a bad name.

Or not worry about it since it was spit and consider it like a bird shitting on your vehicle....the lower lifeforms don't understand.
I've had trucks do this to me (is there some switch they pull to release a huge plume of black smoke on command?) and it's just pathetic. It's the exact same lameass shit that bikers did to the OP in the first place.

Yup. Switch out truck for Sportbike in the past.

Or same could be said for skiers.

This could be skewed because I only encounter them in Evergreen, Denver, Boulder, and Golden and they're always on the roads (the ones with lines that are traveled by mostly cars), never on any trails or non-road surfaces.
    I actually agree to this.

You don't want to get in a road rights argument, but you throw all that out there? Which is it?

I do believe it is your panties firmly wadded in the form of cyclists.

Maybe cyclists need an identifier for those inconsiderate and dangerous dicks who are about to either gun and smoke us or buzz us with their mirror. Would I get any more positive consideration if I had a giant Free CO AR patch on my pack? How about if I just OC?

That was the point I was making. Not all cyclists are d-bags, but a lot more are than not. I really do appreciate the ones that practice common decency- especially since that's what I try to do when behind the wheel of the most dangerous object in the country (I've pissed of a few libs by saying that a person with a car is 100x more likely to kill you than a person with a gun).

Two things- one, how did we go from bicycles to motorcycles? I have no issue with motorized bikes (see below), it's a large majority of the pedal powered ones that can't do the legal speed limit I get annoyed by constantly. And I don't understand the skier thing...

I know this feeling all too well... Back before joining the army in '06 I had my '03 Honda CBR600RR stolen. If I ever find the guy that did it....
