    Another REPOST - because I thought surely someone would agree with the above. With only one cartridge in the revolver it may have to be cocked or have trigger pulled/squeezed a couple times (maybe even 5 times) before the cartridge is in line with the barrel for firing. So wouldn't the LEOs still consider this firearm as being LOADED?

    If I recall correctly there is no statutory definition of "loaded" under Title 18 of the CRS. Title 33 requires the chamber of any long gun to be unloaded if it's in a motor vehicle and basically says "loaded" means a round in the chamber of rifle or shotgun.
