Correct.

Loaded is ammo in firearm. Chambered is HOT, finger off trigger.

2 pistols in bedside safe are loaded, one is my daily carry pistol
another pistol in larger safe is loaded
rifle in the same safe has a loaded magazine but not one in the chamber

Since there was some DEBATE in another thread because [some thought] you should not have a loaded gun in the home.

That's the fucking stupidest thing I have heard so far today...

I also practice one handed and off handed. This includes drawing off hand, charging the gun, malfunction corrections, and loading a magazine. Thought this was common procedure, but I'm learning it isn't.

Then again, I didn't realize most people didn't even shoot a box of fifty a month, when I try to go a minimum of twice a month and shoot no less than one hundred rounds for each pistol I take...
