Default Hitting the Blue River tomorrow AM! Oooooooooh yeaaaaaaahhh!

First fishing outing of the season. So freaking psyched. I'm working graves till about 8:00AM or so, then straight out to the river. Got the Jeep all loaded and ready to go.

Anyone been there yet? The dudes at Front Range Anglers said it's kicking ass right now in the afternoon, so-so in the AM. We'll see. I'm so bad, I doubt it will make a difference anyway.

What section are you fishing? If below Dillon, without an active hatch, try a Mysis pattern... Good Luck.

I so hate you right now.

I did pack the car with the usual set-up, this morning, and a pretty new fishin' license. Got some PMDs and flying ants ready to go. Hopefully Wednesday afternoon I'll be on the west end of Boulder Creek.

    Good luck!

I'm headed up to the Reef and the Mile tomorrow (WY), be back in a few days but it's apparently still fishing fairly good (and it was outstanding two weeks ago).

I've fished the Blue Valley Ranch a few times. That place is just stupid. Big fish after big fish after big fish.

The rest of the Blue tends to kick my ass for some reason.

    Good luck.

Man, I need to get back on the water. I haven't been fishing for years.
