I can't believe he never thought about this before he accepted the body. There must be some procedure/policy for what to do with a body if the family doesn't make arrangements within a certain time frame. Like, if the family doesn't arrange a burial site, then the embalmer should get to cremate it and dump the ashes in the dumpster.

I'm surprised the uncle is even involved with anything pertaining his death. From the interview on T.V. the uncle seemed like a pretty decent guy and was just as disgusted with both of them as the general public was.
