So, I'm de-priming a bunch of brass I got in a trade that's supposed to be once used. Mixed in are the brass pictured below. The old primer pops out pretty easy on the down stroke, but requires more effort on the up than the other mixed brass. Unique markings included the NATO circle/cross stamp, LC, and the number 12. Also there are (4) dash lines surrounding the primer hole in a square pattern, as well as a pattern of circular "dimples".
Does anybody know what brand it is, (Lake City?), what the dashes and dimples mean, and if it's ok to reload?
