Rain... yes. Moisture which has a dramatically lower danger quotient than snow for driving conditions, but for which the ENTIRE METRO AREA POPULATION HAS TO BE ON THE ROADS AND DRIVE 10 FREAKING MILES AN HOUR!!!!!!!

Took me over 3 hours to traverse 58th avenue to Castle Rock, simply because the sky was leaking.

But the same yahoos will be driving 75 mph on snowpacked black ice.

I wish that CCW permits had rewards points like credit cards. Every year you get one free pass from the courts on.... well, you know.
