On Friday, I bought a firearm and had to show a driver's license (plus fill out a form with place of birth, height, weight, etc.). I also went to Best Buy to pick up an A/V Receiver that needed servicing, guess what? Had to show driver's license to pick that up. Had I wrote a check somewhere, I probably would have had to show my driver's license for that, too (I guess it's been years since I wrote a check anywhere, so I am speculating).

But for some reason, showing a Driver's License or CO ID card when voting is just too damn hard?

Here's what slays me... forging a utility bill isn't even illegal. I can carry a stack of them around in my hip pocket, and if stopped by Charlie Cherry Top there would be no problem whatsoever. Why is a utility company suddenly the gatekeeper to identity?

I say we pass a law that exercising the right to keep and bear arms carries the same identity requirements as exercising the right to vote.

Now if an officer stops me I just hand him my Xcel bill for my Concealed Carry. I'll keep a copy of my Comcast bill with me for when I pick up my next lower. New 1911? Here's my Verizon bill. That's all cool, right?

Simple, because the Dems are in power and it makes their future agenda easier to achieve.

The Democrats have a long history of voter fraud.

Why is it so important for them to get folks registered? That tell them how many ballots they can stuff in the box.
Liberals never met a slippery slope they didn't grease.

I wish technology solved people issues. It seems to just reveal them.
