They changed mine around so much, I can't remember half of them and I only had two real MOS in 8 years. 26V Microwave Tech when I first went in, that changed a few times, then I changed MOS and that was 34C DAS3 Computer Repair as I recall but changed again before I ETS. Yea, I was a REMF. In the rear with the gear MF.

When you pretend to be something you are not especially when it involves the US Military, 1 of 2 things if not both happen, You look like a tool, You get your ass handed to you.

I worked with my father at an American Legion for more than a few years, you always knew the people that had served and the ones that were guests.

Ask him what the peckercheckers gave him for clap, or crabs, while stationed in Japan. Did they barter for us dollars and boros (Marlboro) reg or menthol's, or straight yen. OR did he prefer Thailand for r&r.

I had the same thing happen to me labor day three years ago where a guy kept telling everyone he was former SF, something wasn't right about the guy, so I asked him where all he had been and all I could get out of him was Baghdad. I started asking more questions and told him I was in Bayji and my main body was in Balad ( Anaconda )....... he immediately lost all interest in talking to me. You can almost always tell.
