Drive I-15 in utah Richfield fillmore Holden sipio any where from 3-5 per town and their only about 1.5 hrs apart. For that matter their is probably about 50 small towns that have buildings like that in utah beaver santaquin Mona just to name a few.

Just get off on Highway 70 at Limon, head down 287/40 through Limon, Hugo, Kit Carson, Cheyenne Wells, Head North up to Burlington, then West on I70, stratton, strausburg, byers, bennett and such back into denver. Any of the small towns, two lane highways.

The Texas panhandle has a lot of abandoned buildings. Texline used to have quite a few, but it seems a lot of them were torn down the last time I went through. Hope, AR (where Clinton is from) is a real craphole with LOTS of abandoned buildings.
