But.... But.... He is so young and guns they only hurt people!!!! How could you teach such a young and impressionable kid to be a mass murderer.

Funny how guns can be used for good in so many circumstances when the parents give a damn about teaching 'em right. Good for the both of you.

Good lord. I'm glad your son is safe and that rattler didn't bite any of your family members. I approve of snakes in general, but not when they can hurt or even kill people.

Good for your son! I bet the both of you were incredibly proud of a nice clean kill like that.

Well Boys and Girls, its that time again.

My Kids just found this nice snake on the front sidewalk up against the house just a few minutes ago. One of my good mouser cats was about 10 inches away from the snake. The snake was going crazy. I have a video, but nowhere to upload it to. My cats lucky it didnt get bit. The snake didnt fair as well. both barrels of 17.4 grains of green dot over a 3/4 oz load from 3 feet. (after I drug it off the sidewalk)

I'm kinda worried about rattlesnakes. Apparently they're fairly common around here. That snake looks pissed.

You have far more guts than I. I wouldn't even had been around for the second picture as I would have been a**hole and elbows out of there!
