I thought the gun had to meet BOTH conditions of:
1) the barrel must be at least 18"
2) the overall length must be at least 26"
In order to not be classified as NFA.

I'm resurrecting this thread because there are postings on another forum that Mossberg has started to deliver their Shockwave weapons. Not in Colorado that I have heard though. Has anyone heard of any local Colorado lawyer opinions on whether they are legal here? I don't think they are the way I read statutes.
I'm curious because it might be fun to make one just for kicks.
