Mainstream insurance usually won't even touch a car like that- he'd have to go to a special carrier for that kind of stuff. The guy that lives up here with the Veyron, Enzo, Two Lambos and a laundry list of other exotics -plus really nice box seats at the Pepsi Center-used to have them insured through us and we couldn't use Travelers, Chubb, or Progressive (the 3 companies we represent), we had to track down a special carrier for exotic/classic cars. Some of them just total out rare cars with slight damage because parts are either impossible to find, or discontinued, and you get a nice check for the value (sometimes appreciated).
