So since I have my CCW I can accidently shoot someone in the leg and no charges will be filed since its legal for me to have the gun?

I read the original article to say that he was transferring his carry piece to his glove box when the ND happened. The article goes on to say that he was allowed to have his gun on school grounds because he moonlights as a security guard, which is NOT what the law says.
So, as I read the law, he would have been ok to possess the weapon on school grounds had he been employed by the school district as a security guard, and on duty as such. If he has a valid CCW, he can have it in his car only. Dumbass still should have kept his fuckin' booger hook out of the trigger guard and kept it pointed in a safe direction.Originally Posted by CRS

Discussion is an exchange of intelligence. Argument is an exchange of
ignorance. Ever found a liberal that you can have a discussion with?
I'm confused, is this in response to what I posted? If so, can someone point out where I said you aren't liable for shooting someone on accident just because you have a CCW? I don't recall stating that, I only recall a point of correction that if it is locked in your car, it's okay to possess a firearm on school property for CCW carriers, that's all.
