Well now the wife/girlfriend, whomever, is going to meet me and pay up. She has a different last name and is evidently vague to what the dick head has said. Just got off the phone with her, stuck in traffic coming up from the Tech Center so will call when she clears the canyon.
She sounds ok so maybe have a problem resolved... Hopefully.
