I am so sick of the increasing amount of "entitled" people running around.

I am so sick of the increasing amount of "entitled" people running around.

When offering first call settlements for minor injuries, we are encouraged to use phrases like, "Due to your injury, you are entitled to a settlement of $XXX.XX" or whatever. I have a harder time with my phrasing because I refuse to use any variation of the word "entitled" in my vocabulary.
