Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahafuckyou.
That is all.
I'm planning to donate some ammo when confiscation starts. Not a second before.
I can understand if you are holding on for your own needs but what's your malfunction that you're laughing at them? Good for the town that they respond to need -- I'd just as soon the officers have something to practice with rather than be some of those who unload 40+ rounds at 10-20 feet and only have 3 or 4 hits. Sheriff Maketa has proven to be an excellent supporter of Constitutional government so I'd be happy to help out if EPSO had a similar problem.
Quite simple. LEO=gov't. They should ask their buddies at DHS to borrow a cup of bullets. I'm not a fan of either, and per the site rules, I'll leave it there. There are exceptions to every stereotype, but I believe they exist for a reason. And I'm in complete agreement - this reeks of a propaganda piece.
Sounds like a tight knit community, good for them.

My take was this is a fine piece of propaganda. The citizen is saying "we have plenty." Really? Who do you know that has plenty of ammo? Most people I know have cut back on shooting and are not happy. Some folks got caught with pants down and only have a few hundred rounds for a rifle and a couple of boxes for a handgun.
This article was designed to deflect attention from DHS and make it appear the citizens are the ones hoarding. It did a great job in my opinion! But that's just my opinion...
