Their training combined with the [ as byte mentioned] horrendous need 2 hands trigger pull, is appalling. Of this i comment on based on personal experience with numerous LE agencies / depts in that area.

Cop shot 8 times, killed the victim and not the perp. Has to live with that the rest of his life. Doubt there is much more to it than that.
