thats actually a prototype of the new US military rifle for use under the kenyan...
now everyone will have to have the following people looking through the optics before the trigger is pulled:
1. soldier/marine/sailor/airman
2. platoon leader
3. squad political officer
4. peta officer
5. ethics officer
6. aclu officer
7. safety officer
