Thanks a hell of a time

I am sore from my marathon on Sunday so I ran it in 39 mins. My goal was sub 30.

Way to go on your marathon ronmexico!
takes a lot to pound pavement for almost 4hrs.(hard to prepare for final 6 miles in marathon(seeing as even elites will only do 21miles for longest training run).hard to keep forcing food and drinks down also when you're so fatigued.
your body would definitely appreciate a couple weeks rest after running a marathon.
Keep up the good, stay injury free and keep it fun!

Went to the top today while the wife stayed with the girls at the bottom. I was 100 ft from the top when I get a call from her to say I was the one with the car keys...

So no break at the top. Walked over the top and started running down Barr trail. One hour and 40 min from start to end. Not to horrible for a guy who hasn't done regular PT for about 7 years.

Best way to get in to see me at the shop is to call or email Shannon and make an appointment.

Why did you have to show me this.... I might have to try this bc it's free. I don't think I would break his record but it sounds like fun in a sick way.
