Longmont Police officer shoots man in gun battle near shopping center

Sounds like the officer did a good job of keeping his wits about him and returning fire. I'd like to hear some details on this. That's twice recently where guys have been stopped for traffic and got out of their cars with an AR. I think the other was near Cleveland? Both times the officers armed with handguns prevailed.
