Yup, hence my original post asking for a reference.

For those following along with casual interest in something like this,
I paid for the CBI report (for $6.87, or something like that, why not), and aside from boilerplate disclaimer what it said was

No Colorado Record of arrest has been located based on information provided.

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation's database contains detailed information of arrest records based on fingerprints provided by Colorado law enforcement agencies. Arrests, which are not supported by fingerprints, will not be included in this database. On occasion the Colorado criminal history will contain disposition information provided by the Colorado Judicial system. Additionally, warrant information, sealed records, and juvenile records are not available to the public.


So I still dunno what this does or doesn't include. If CBI is hooked up to NCIC, does this mean the person is clear of felonies nationwide, or do I just know that there's not one in Colorado?
