    Following the same line of reasoning, unless this organization holds an FFL they cannot buy guns without a background check. What they are doing may be illegal. Huh?

    Just saw this on the news. The moron tried to pull this off in a park where firearms are not allowed. Made me laugh. It never happened.

    Got to thinking about this myself when I was out at Tanners. Why isn't the buy-back program a gun show.

    "licensed collector wants to buy legally owned guns"

    I do have an 03 FFL and plan on making people sign a document stating they are the legal owner of the firearm.

    Whaddya think?
