ok, so here's the deal with 2 of the bipolar guys...they have frig'n hot ass wives. Lets just say, well, they'd be hit on if i wasn't married. One is a true trophy, conservative loves guns hates, tea party blah blah blah. The second, we'll say she goes straight to the sack...

Job security. they're doing anyone that catches their eye while hubby's are zonked out, or pretending to be. They run a muck and will try to snare you in to one of their "games". In the end you will either be blamed for their wives indiscretions OR your spouse will try stabbing you once she is 'informed" you were making passes at both of them.
Flip side is they hit you up for a 3 some which goes south after they show your wife the "video" they made, starring your unlucky ass.

I have a hard enough time with one, did that crap in college, ain't going back to those years again. I ain't even thinking about touch'n those other women...But if there are any single guys out there...

I agree that "bipolar" is a catch-all diagnosis and a lot of people are misdiagnosed. There's also a major difference between Bipolar I and Bipolar II.

We knew a girl that was supposed to be Bipolar and she was a weird one for sure and I would not allow her in our home. Then she got knocked up and all of a sudden she changed when the world of real life smacked her up side the head. She has a cute little boy and is being a good mother as far as I can tell. The father is acting out a little, I suppose because he is no longer the center of attention. He really needs to grow a little hair and be a dad.

Some of these people do this just to get attention. Some do it just to be an ass.

Reguarding the high number of individuals out there with this...there probably isn't more around than there ever were. There are just more out in public than there use to be...they used to lock them up. Now they are sicking them on society.

My soon to be ex-wife knew she had borderline personality disorder and depression but refused to take any kind of medication while married and took offense when I suggested it. When it came to counseling I'm fairly certain she was lying and avoiding major issues just to appear to me that she was trying to help herself.

Now that we are getting divorced NOW she wants to get meds to help herself. I laughed because once the divorce kicks in (Feb 1st) she won't have health insurance to pay for her meds or counseling.

Question for the OP. How are old are these people getting divorced? My wife was in her early 20's, clear narcissistic traits, very childish and feeling entitled like most people from her generation. Wondering if there is a generation corerellation

While I cannot speak to the age of those getting divorced who have issues, I have a hard time thinking all of these elementary kids on mood-altering drugs are going to just 'snap out of it' when they walk down the aisle at their wedding.
