    Default What cha grilling today?

    I got chicken whole quarters and spare ribs hittin the smoker and grill today.

    Anybody else or is it just burgers and dogs?
    I say lets all remove the warning labels and let nature take its course.

    Probably a pork tenderloin and some burgers. Also, some kind of veggie thing for my youngest brother who doesn't eat meat.

    Heading to the grocery store soon to get stuff.

    Nothing, smoked a brisket yesterday.
    Smoked brisket, smoked baked beans, mashed spuds and apple crisp washed down with Angry Orchard.

    Some tweaker, dead beat, from across town. Caught him trying to break in to the shop early this am. He "friend" escaped, but another 20-30 min and this guy will be giving me his family's social sec and bank account #'s

    very nice. haven't done a venison style roast in some time. I might defrost some tenderloins, prep them later and grill tomorrow.
