looks like a bushnell holosight they are exact the same as Eotech 511 and 551 but no protective shroud.
Funniest thing is if it's mounted this way the shooter can't see the red dot/circle at all

^^^ this and the specific of the holographic sights is that only the shooter can see the aiming dot/circle , when it's mounted the right way though
