Saw this tonight. Can't quite figure it out.

Wives? Wedding vows (like someone cheated)? West Virginia? Any guesses?
ETA: I suspect that flying W symbol on the bumper is a clue, but I've not seen that before.
Coolest plate I ever saw was on a new Honda Accord coming out of the hills on I-70 that said BadBeat.

I had a friend back in CA that had a Chevy Camero Beretta and his lic plate frame said, "My other Beretta is a 9MM". There's a Chevy Camaro Berlinetta and a Chevy Beretta. Two different cars though.
