Default I hate how the media exaggerates

    http://news.yahoo.com/ex-cop-wanted-...opstories.html

In the hotel room and Galla's rental car parked outside cops found hundreds of rounds of ammunition, including 120 rounds for an AR-15 rifle, as well as ammunition for a .40 caliber Glock handgun, a bullet proof vest, and a smoke grenade or tear gas grenade like the type used in tactical implementations, Chitwood said.

    My thoughts while reading:
    1. For a guy with military/police training, only hitting the bf's foot makes it sound like he didn't have much range time.
    2. "...it would have to be a suicide by cops or be taken down by shooting." Are they being redundant or "taken down by shooting" from a civvie?
    3. And, indeed, the whole tone of eeeeeevil gun owner, "dressed in military-style camouflage" et al.
    4. "I thought the shooting was a good shooting" Huh? I guess he's saying that it's good the guy is dead and didn't kill anyone else, but still the phrasing of that statement was very odd.

I frequently have about 120rds of ammo in my vehicle. I guess I'm prepared for a war with someone.

I'm sure there's 120 rounds in my car and range bags from stuff that I have just dropped.

How can one be "ready for war" with only 120 rounds of 5.56? The MSM wouldn't know their asshole from a hole in the ground.

8 AR 30rd mags shown, and only 120 rounds? Wow - ammo times must be tough in pennsylvania, too!

They're so hard to load, it's easier just to half-fill them.
