I don't really think we are going to pursue this one. Seems like a lot of work to maintain in an area of business/skills I know little about. I want to be able to quit working and just invest in stuff, but not for only $50,000 a year at this carwash. There is a revenue agreememt with the Conoco across the street in case anyone else is interested.
