According to the ACLU spokesperson, " the school should have been assuring him that he would be safe."
That sounds like a lie to me. Why is everyone so insistent that they need to feel safe. The most predictable outcome of birth is death.

Like this is a startling new development. It's akin to the types who respond to every dismaying article with "yup.... time to start thinking about getting these jerks out of office".
Things have been in the shitter for a very long time, and they will not get better.
