Hmmmm. Like TEAMRICO, I'd love to see some demographics discussed for the shootings. Of course, there are all kinds of other, more insidious problems underlying our violent society today - but guns are an easy, flashy political target.

Not to break the record for fastest appearance of Godwin's Law, but post WW2, I doubt a single politician would have had the nerve to blame the Holocaust on guns/gas/bombs.
