I remember Gray Davis CA governor tries to issue a DL to undocumented, and other states told CA that they will no longer honor CA ID as an State issued ID.
If CO issues DL to undocumented, it's gonna happen to CO DL to other states near future. We gotta carry around our Birth Certificate, Passport, and/or Naturalized Citizenship paperwork.
