I'm torn on this issue. On one hand, the reporter was in the street. On the other hand, I completely understand the mother's reaction.

I get that the mother is upset and doesn't want to talk to reporters, but damn.
There is certainly enough evidence here to charge the mother with assault with a deadly weapon, and this type of case is not unheard of. But the reporter is certainly sensationalizing this as well, she didn't make much of an effort to get away!
Please excuse the goof in the title...I changed my mind halfway through typing and neglected to fix it. D'OH!

Nothing the reporter(s) did (at least judging by the video) warranted that type of behavior from that psycho bitch. Nothing.

Don't wanna get shot by the police?
"Stop Resisting Arrest!"
Fuck that reporter
Reporter in a skirt and heels isn't thinking that she'll be doing a 100 yard dash after telling a woman that the man who shot her daughter is arrested/turned in. I would be a bit confused/shock too.
Sad sad world.
oh yea...just to make this thread exciting....nice dogs: "bread of peace"
