Something as simple as getting into an arguement with someone in YOUR own front yard, and they are scared.

Misdemeanor & Felony Menacing

Menacing involves the use of threat or by physical action knowingly placing a person in fear of imminent serious bodily injury, or attempting to do so.
Menacing is a Class 3 misdemeanor, but can be a Class 5 felony if a deadly weapon is used, a perceived deadly weapon is used, or when one claims being armed with a deadly weapon.

They have us covered coming and going, no matter what, there is a law that makes us all bad guys at some point.
