    Yup wulf checked both of those.. And once I found out it wasnt getting power and once I checked both of those I quit because my eyes started shutting

    You're shit out of luck without a multimeter. Go buy a decent meter for $100 or so, or go cheap and get one from harbor freight. Right now you're trying to air up your tires to 80 psi by kicking them if you get what one saying.

    Get the tools or pay the professionals.

    Thanks for the offer.. And thanks for the help guys.. If I could take a day off work I would try to get it taken care of but when I woke up the wife was home and said it needs to be fixed ASAP so someone is going to be at the house first thing in the morning when I get off work.. It was 87 in my house when I came to work.. Just isn't getting cool enough at night to cool the house down.. And with the new baby the wife is freaking. So here goes some more money! Man I love owning a house!
