To be placed on the first come first served membership Wait-List; mail your completed membership application and proof of NRA membership to BLGC, P. O. Box 686, Sedalia, CO 80135. NRA membership proof includes a copy of your NRA card, the mailing label from your NRA magazine, or the membership confirmation email from the NRA. You will be notified of any openings via email and phone so please make them legible.

It makes no mention of showing up to a chapter meeting.
