I win.

So last night at the hotel I was walking past the vending machine and saw some Skittles that were calling my name. Seventy- five cents seemed fairly reasonable and I knew I had quarters out in my truck. I was heading out to the parking lot to grab a refreshing beverage from the cooler in the be of a coworkers truck anyways so I figured I would just grab some quarters while I was out there.

Well, I went an grabbed my beverage and made it all the way back to my room before I realized I forgot to grab the quarters.

No big deal. The machine took dollar bills too.

So, went to the vending machine with my dollar bill and apparently it was only taking exact change.

Remembered seeing a vending machine on the first floor with Skittles too so headed down there.

That machine was also only taking coins.

Since I was on the ground floor anyways, I figured I could go to the truck and get those quarters.

Get to the truck only to realize I has left the keys in the room.

By the time I got back to the room I just gave up.

So...:

Tonight I remembered to grab some quarters from the truck and got my Skittles in the way back up to the room.

I win.

Haha, thats the universe telling you that you don't need skittles. Happens to me ALL the freaking time. But like you, I can't give up so I continue my pursuit until I prosper.
