Sounds like a great combo, love to try one myself. I used to homebrew a lot, but after being diagnosed type 2 diabetic I had to cut way back on drinking. I got into all grain brews, meads, ciders and was working at Brew Hut and Dry Dock to help pay for it all. Even won a few competitions with beers, meads and ciders before stopping. Now I just do the occasional mead or cider since they're a bit easier to make.
