Okay, I admit I ordered my 2 for trade bait. I told my son to do the same, don't know if he has or not, but I potentially have as many as 4 for trade towards some nice FDE & OD 30 round pmags. I'm thinking 2 40's for 3 30's? I'll post them up in the WTS section (or here) if I actually receive them before the ban.

Posted about it on FB saying how I just ordered 2, and a friend sent me a message (I guess they were afraid to reply to my post publicly) and asked "Why do you need a 40 round magazine?" Since they're liberal I just responded "Because fuck the democrats, that's why!"

Did you consider offering a rational explanation to this person instead of just insulting them? Burning bridges isn't going to help our cause...

I rather doubt that they'd see reason no matter what his reply.
Another reply could have been "So that when a herd of 40 deer charge at me, you'll get a cut of the venison." :P

Kind of this... No this person has repeatedly made harassing statements toward gun ownership. I've tried to rationally and logically explain our side of the argument and he just won't listen... So when he mouths off something like this I bust his chops pretty hard. When someone says "You don't need an assault rifle with 1,000s of rounds to keep your family safe" then I tend to think they're functioning idiots.

Yeah this was an attempted conversion that failed... some people just won't open their mind to opposing points of view. Then again, I shouldn't talk, my mind is never open to a welfare-state, anti-gun, communist point of view.
