It doesn't stop the lawsuits from being filed and having to be defended from them. We have a very litigious society.

Well that is probably true. But part of the blame is with the State. They say they will protect you while at the same time they goto court and get rulings that say the exact opposite. So be truthful, dont talk out of both sides of your mouth. That's all i ask really.

Simply state the truth: The State cannot reduce risk to zero. Other then coincidence where a cop or happens to be there at the time something bad is happening and chooses to act, The state cannot protect you. Period.

Per a contact in the know in the area, the final score of the Hippie Fest is:

3 deaths
14 overdoses
Over 100 assaults
3 rapes
Had to call in extra ambulances to run hippies to Denver all weekend long
A few people tried to climb telephone poles and fell off needing medical attention


Now a bunch of hippies are calling in death threats to the area dispatch for tazing the high hippie. The guy got hit with 9 cycles and it didn't affect him.
