    Nope, the petition solely says you want the miscreant recalled and why. The ballot will have two questions: 1) should Senator Morse be recalled and 2) who do you want to replace Senator Morse if he is recalled?

    Morse can't be on question 2 and he's out of office the morning after the election when question 1 succeeds.

    I know which way that site leans (the opposite of right), so I hope they are foolishly optimistic.

    It would break my heart to see such a resounding 'hands-off' be defeated because of a technicality.

    Indeed, though it'd probably add fuel to the fire of creating Northern Colorado (or Eastern CO, as one editorial I read today suggested).
