I'm surprised it took this long. Discovery did screw up pretty big not having an actual professional pyro guy there and especially allowing them to continue after the first mishap.

You know, I'm actually kinda torn on this.

As much as I despise Mel Bernstein for the lying, thieving, crooked s.o.b. that he is, for the fucking he gave me years ago on a Harley engine rebuild, for all the other people he's fucked over in his lifetime, and the fact that I'm not surprised in the least that he'd try to make a profit off a tragedy.....

If someone else actually IS responsible for Terri's death due to their negligence - well, they need to be held accountable and her survivors certainly deserve a settlement.
