tmleader is right it's transvestite not transgender... ( we expect the anti guns to learn the difference between a clip and a magazine.... ) he dresses like a girl superhero. and he's not happy about it ( other then having super powers and super hero toys )

if you think this advances some " agenda" I guess you thought the same about "bosom buddies" back in the 80's .... Or "Mrs Doubtfire" in the 90's

Seeing as in the first episode the main character's sister makes fun of him .. as well as his best friend... they are not trying to advance an agenda... it's comedy pure an simple.
