Oh, and Greta is on right now outside the courthouse...the way she speaks with mostly the right side of her mouth being the only part that moves truly bothers/ weirds me out.

IIRC- someone jump in and correct me if I'm mistaken, but they get breaks, and if they can't come to a decision today I think they recess for the weekend or something... Although I can't be too sure.

A lot of courts do things differently. In Colorado the jury has the right to recess at 5 or 6 and ask to reconvene on the following business day. I'm not sure how it works in Florida but id imagine its somewhat similar. If I'm the defense I'm hoping the jury comes to a verdict tonight and being that they're sequestered I'd be willing to bet the jurors want to wrap it up tonight so they don't spend the entire weekend locked in a hotel room with only supervised family visitation and no access to television or social media.

If acquittal is decided, who is going to provide the personal protection for the six folks on the jury who came up with that decision. I feel that they might really be considering their safety when making their decision.

They really want the riots to start and then to influence the jury who are done for the night to freak out. Get civil unrest and then a conviction. Damm! for them this is better than Obama being reelected and sending shivers up their groins.

The media will make sure that they know who the jury members are including address and where their kids go to school.
