it would not have made any difference. the only info for anyone is Z's history from DOB till the present. Tradmarks FB, twitter, history as well as previous "contacts" were not only inadmissible, BUT somewhere somehow they have, like F&F been swept away.

We're only 6.3% African American ... they're outnumbered by "White Hispanics" (16.1%) here (let alone "White Caucasians" at 78.8%).

None in his system, but according to the autopsy his brain showed evidence of long term, heavy use of the drug.

Do they have to stay and deliberate the entire time now or are they allowed breaks or could they wait until Monday?

IIRC- someone jump in and correct me if I'm mistaken, but they get breaks, and if they can't come to a decision today I think they recess for the weekend or something... Although I can't be too sure.

A lot of courts do things differently. In Colorado the jury has the right to recess at 5 or 6 and ask to reconvene on the following business day. I'm not sure how it works in Florida but id imagine its somewhat similar. If I'm the defense I'm hoping the jury comes to a verdict tonight and being that they're sequestered I'd be willing to bet the jurors want to wrap it up tonight so they don't spend the entire weekend locked in a hotel room with only supervised family visitation and no access to television or social media.
