So now I'm listening to the Martin family lawyers, compare young Mr Martin to the likes of Martin LutherKing And Rosa Parks. Do not get me wrong, I feel bad for the family and the fact that some young kid made some shitty decisions. But I would now way compare him to MLK. WtF. In one breath, they are calling for peace, but the undertones are....get whitey.
This Admenstruation needs to mind its own freakin business.......this entire trial would have never occurred had they and the media left the investigation to those that actually know what they are doing.

Ya, uh the FBI have already found there was no case for Fed charges. They can file and any Fed judge on the planet (even an obama douchbag judge) will kick it during prelim. The implication of double jeopardy along with no LE from state of Federal agencies showing a prosecutable crime, it would be just another nail in the coffin for this administration.
They are going to grumble for a while so people feel like they are paying attention, and then not file.
