Of course - it's perfectly legal to extend your 10rd Klintonmags to a safe, sane, legal and responsible 12 rounds. No one would be so crass as to install a +2 on a 15rd mag post-July and make it into an evil baby killing machine...

I plan on buying up,all the +2's I can find to make 30 rd mags by stacking them together! Maybe a few 28 rounds for good measure!
    I have found a loophole!

Not even in the slightest... I have no duty to obey an unconstitutional law.

Americans tend to be more independent minded than Canadians and Coloradoans tend to be more independent minded than the average American.

With that in mind, read this.

I think the Canadians got rid of the gun registry a year or two ago.

I also have No worries about enforcement.
What I do have concern with is how many shops or online vendors will stop selling to Colorado because they are unsure about the "interpretation" of the law and don't want to risk going to jail. I think we will see at least a hand full of online vendors stop selling anything that "could" be modified to more then 15 to this state. May even see a few refuse to do business with Colorado period.

A good friend of mine put it quite well, he said; "It's not meant to save lives, it's nothing more than counting coup in the culture war."

They passed these laws purely out of spite, bigotry and hatred.

Girlscouts? Hmmm, I don't know... I think it's kinda dangerous to teach young girls self esteem and leadership skills.

I asked because the Hk I'm having come in on Tuesday has 15 rounds mags with it. I needed to know if I had to have him send the mags separately and faster before Monday or not. Since it sounds like 15 rounders are ok, I won't worry about extra shipping.
