Really is anyone worried about enforcement?

Nope. Not at all.

I'm not "worried" about enforcement. This is the kind of law that will be almost entirely ignored ... until the police have a wild hair up their butt to jam you up. Then they'll paw through your magazines to do so. Much like the case in New York recently where some motorist annoyed a New York state trooper who counted every round in his magazines and charged him for putting eight rounds in one.

Im not worried one bit about law enforcement. But I do see it as one more way LEOs could potentially get you in a bind if they felt like it.
