Gonna Buy a Rifle Kit? Buy J&T!

J&T is the commercial name for DoubleStar. Now I know some may crap on them, but they are mil-spec just like everyone else, and make a good product to start from. Their rifle kits are competitively priced, and they offer military and leo discounts.

I ordered my M4 kit with a couple of upgrades to the kit on 12/30. I was surprised to receive my kit yesterday, 1/13! Two weeks?! I was amazed how fast they were. Everything looks good, and all the parts are there. Now I can't wait to get it built!

I'm looking for a varmint upper and a 20in rifle upper...

That is impressive, almost 3 years ago it took them a month to get me my first AR15 upper, but they let me know that the chrome lined barrel was on backorder. I've had no problems with that rifle and will order from them again in the future.

It could be the possibility that I ordered the barrel without the chrome lining. Prefer better accuracy, and I am religious about cleaning my weapons, so even IF i ever shoot crap ammo out of it, it will be cleaned right after.

how much was the kit. I ordered two from evil-black-rifles.com and it looks like they are 3 months out from them.

The basic DS4 kit is $529, then price goes up with upgrades. I had also gotten the M4 handguards with mine, as the kit comes with CAR guards.
